Anchor 1: Hey Senior Wildcats!
For more than 40 years, the lyrics, rhythmic stomping and clapping of Queen’s iconic anthem has inspired the power of “WE” – together, we can accomplish great things, together, we are bigger than ourselves, and together, we can be one voice in harmony.
Anchor 2: Seniors, it’s time to sign-up and strut your stuff while you rock out on the runway at this year’s Ignatian Guild’s 52nd Annual Fashion Show. Look for an email in your inbox with the links to the sign-up forms.
Anchor 1: There’s also a Senior Photo Shoot coming up on Wednesday, Sept. 29th during Upper Lunch. Lunch will be provided and some cool merch too. Look for further communications on Canvas. Get READY TO ROCK ON January. 29 and 30, 2022!
Anchor 2: Are you Filipino? Do you know people who are Filipino? Or just interested in Filipino culture? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then please come to TFC’s first general meeting this Friday! It will take place during X-Period and will be held in the choral room! All are welcome!
Anchor 1: Jewish Affinity Group is hosting its first event of the year tomorrow, Wednesday September 14. It will begin at 2:15, taking place during the Community Engagement period. We will be making and decorating our own caramel apples in the Commons. If you are a current member or are interested in joining JAG, please come! See you there!
Anchor 2: Disney Club will be watching Cruella this Wednesday during community engagement. Bring your friends! Anyone can drop by. The movie is in room 218, starting at 1:50pm. See you there!
Anchor 1: This is the second week of Intramurals! We cannot wait to see everyone battle it out in Spike Ball and 3 on 3 Basketball during lunch this Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday! ALSO! The 5 on 5 basketball league starts tonight with our first game beginning at 6pm! Come watch Trevor Dunbar make his highly anticipated return to Drucker Court. If you’re on a team -Check your email for your game time. If you’re not on a team – come cheer. your classmates on in the new gym during lunch or tonight starting at 6!

Anchor 1: The Office of Community and Social Justice is proud to announce that the first meeting for the Arrupe Social Justice Council is THIS FRIDAY during X Period for all students! If you are interested in social and community justice and are curious about how to get involved both within and outside the SI community, come and stop by Arrupe’s first meeting! We will be discussing the events that we sponsor, like the annual Christmas Drive and Solidarity week, as well as introducing our leadership team! Anchor _ : Do you like writing? Need some cash? Are desperate for awards and accomplishments to boost your resumé with? If you said yes to any of these, then the Bay Area Youth Interschool Writing Competition is for you! Open to all high schoolers in the Bay Area! The competition will happen 3 times a year in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. This season’s theme is Dreams, and the theme comes with these 3 prompts. The Top 3 Submissions get $100 each, and have a chance to be published in a local paper. Submit to bayareawriting.wixsite.com by November 8. And all details are on there too.
